* Our policy is to achieve value through quality. The longer our clothing lasts, and stays looking great, the better value it becomes. We’ll replace any item (excluding decoration costs) which doesn’t perform to expectations during the school year in which it was purchased. In the unlikely event that the Russell Schoolgear product is proven not to meet our high-quality standards, you can complain and replace through your wholesaler. As we only do business in a B2B environment and do not sell to end consumers, you need to contact your wholesaler/reseller, who will pass the complaint on to us. In the event of a justified complaint, Russell will pay the cost of the replacement of the product (excluding decoration costs) and the shipping costs incurred.
